Yes, our Managed Services is a free technical support provided to all merchants using Encomm apps.

You can reach your assigned Genie to upgrade it for you or you can directly write to us and we will upgrade it for you.

You will have access to communicate via email, chat and call during business hours.

Genie provides end-to-end service, from setting up your Shopify store to running promotions and increasing sales. All facets of managing a Shopify store online are covered under one roof. Our genie will be your one point of contact, removing the need for you to communicate with various teams to complete your tasks. We also have a transparent billing policy to avoid any payment related concerns.

No, we only have Genie Plus and Genie Pro for now. You might begin with Genie Plus to determine if it meets your requirements. You can always contact us for custom ecommerce solutions, and we will do everything we can to help you.

Yes. We specialize in data migration and replatforming services, which are included in our e-commerce solutions package.
