- Ideal candidate should possess a flair for smart ideas and solutions for communicationand branding in the digital space. Must be a super quick learner. Should be able to drive, manage and execute on tasks independently. Great written and spoken communication goes without saying.
- Produce high-quality content for brands (both B2B & B2C) on social channels primarilyon Facebook, Instagram, Twitter. Main objective is to create virality & driveengagement online. (Should know how and where to use a hashtag!)
- Create and maintain an editorial content calendar (bi-weekly or monthly) for externalbrands and in-house products.
- Have kickass design sense and taste. Should have knowledge of content design toolssuch as Canva. (Photoshop knowledge and experience is a big plus!).
- Should be obsessed with words, colours and fonts. Creativity is key!
- Basic to Intermediate knowledge level in social media marketing analytics & metrics.(this is important to understand, measure & optimise content performance)
- Create script and storyboards for brands through creative & powerful videos.
- Engage audience through weekly email campaigns & blogs. (Fundamental knowledge ofSEO is a must for blog writing)
